“It offers the camaraderie of high school sports with the vigor of personal trainers. The combination makes me feel supported by and accountable to others committed to the early morning workout. It also keeps my system alert. Although it’s rarely easy to get up and workout (no matter what my regiment), I know once I get to bootcamp, I don’t need to think about pushing myself because the workout does it for me. Similarly, the workouts are always fresh and lack that mundane routine that gyms and even fitness classes often rut into. When I moved to Healdsburg less than a year ago, I was really concerned with how my workout routine was going to be hold up. I was accustomed to working out 4 – 6 times weekly, boxing 2-3 times during those workouts. I was really worried that my years of conditioning and physical upkeep were going to deteriorate because I didn’t have a routine and resources to motivate me. “I got my Life Back! I was having a hard time getting my strength and stamina back after having breast cancer surgery and going through chemo and radiation. I had been doing yoga for about a year but there was still something missing. I couldn’t get thruough a day without having to nap and I just felt weak and lathargic. A good friend encoraged me to try Boot Camp. I showed up but I was sceptical! 😉 After 1 month of 5:30AM with Jeff, I knew there was no better way to wake up and get my day going. I won’t kid you those first 2 months I wondered what am I doing here every morning. But I kept coming back and I would watch the other long time Boot Campers and think OMG I will never be able to do that, they are dynamo’s! Well I’m living proof that if you stick with it you will surpass your expectiations. I think I may be in the best shape since high school!

“I started LiveFit Boot Camp in September 2011 at Finley. I’ve never been very good at keeping up an exercise routine, but this is different. I don’t think I have done the same workout twice, which means I don’t get bored or complacent. I feel better than I have in a long time and although I am the same weight as when I started, I can see a huge difference in my body because I have added muscle. I used to have lower back problems pretty regularly but they have vanished since I have developed a stronger core and abdominal muscles.The sense of community that comes with working out with the same people regularly is awesome. The trainers are very encouraging and motivating

I would recommend this program to anyone! I have been active all of my life but recently I was looking for something new. Now in our forties, my husband and I wanted something structured and safe and sustainable. This program is all of those things and more…it is always varied so we don’t get bored. The trainers are very encouraging and motivating and always show the correct form and gently push us to push ourselves. I also love that there are so many options such as inside and outside workouts as well as many time choices. It leaves no room for excuses to not exercise!
