The LiveFit Boot Camp Story

 

LiveFit’s founders, Jaron Eliopoulos and Jeffrey Sears, met at Sonoma State University in 2005 when they started in the school’s Kinesiology program. The two quickly became great friends and spent a lot of their free time together. They both share a strong passion for exercise and basketball. Jaron and Jeff were often found in the gym more than the classroom (and they went to all of their classes!). While still at Sonoma State, Jeff got himself involved as a Boot Camp instructor in Santa Rosa, CA.

After graduating from SSU, Jaron and Jeff decided that they wanted to start their own fitness company and improve upon what was available on the Boot Camp and fitness market. They worked around the clock forming their business concept and putting it all into place. Jeff taught Jaron his Boot Camp training style which he mastered and made his own while working at his hometown YMCA in Novato, CA.

After “The Boot Camp Guys” had grown their business to two cities and 100+ clients a month they finally decided to quit their personal training jobs and go full time on their Boot Camp business. This has allowed them the time and energy to really pump up their Boot Camp program and give it everything they have. The results since have shown what the extra time investment has done to the business.

Jaron and Jeff are very happy to now offer Boot Camps in Windsor, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg and Rohnert Park with plans to open more cities, more times, and more locations throughout the North Bay.
