I got my Life Back! I was having a hard time getting my strength and stamina back after having breast cancer surgery and going through chemo and radiation. I had been doing yoga for about a year but there was still something missing. I couldn't get thruough a day without having to nap and I just felt weak and lathargic. A good friend encoraged me to try Boot Camp. I showed up but I was sceptical! ;-) After 1 month of 5:30AM with Jeff, I knew there was no better way to wake up and get my day going. I won't kid you those first 2 months I wondered what am I doing here every morning. But I kept coming back and I would watch the other long time Boot Campers and think OMG I will never be able to do that, they are dynamo's! Well I'm living proof that if you stick with it you will surpass your expectiations. I couldn't do more than 10 pushups on my knees without stopping when I first started and at bench mark the other morning I was able to do 28 in a row without stopping on my toes! Hoorah!! I have my energy back and now I feel like a Dynamo! I love my fellow bootcampers we all rally each other and support each other no matter what level we are at. Jeff is really good at pushing each individual to their own limits and modifying when you have physical limitations. I would't have my day start any other way. Jeff and my fellow Boot Campers thanks for helping me get my life back!
