One size fits all is not something you will ever see in our group training classes. Every individual client we see has different goals, abilities, and dreams of fitness accomplishments. We all have specific needs and what works for one person might not work for the next. Our trainers will take any exercise and modify it to make it work for you. We will find the appropriate modification for your current fitness level while working on your strength and building muscle. Regardless if you have knee pain, back pain, or any other physical conditions, we can accommodate our class to work for you.

We are able to work with a wide range of clients, conditions and ailments. Many times people feel like they have injuries or other conditions that might limit them from participating in a personal training and other fitness programs.
