Bootcamp gets a 100% recommendation in my book It offers the camaraderie of high school sports with the vigor of personal trainers. The combination makes me feel supported by and accountable to others committed to the early morning workout. It also keeps my system alert. Although it's rarely easy to get up and workout (no matter what my regiment), I know once I get to bootcamp, I don't need to think about pushing myself because the workout does it for me. Similarly, the workouts are always fresh and lack that mundane routine that gyms and even fitness classes often rut into.
When I moved to Healdsburg less than a year ago, I was really concerned with how my workout routine was going to be hold up. I was accustomed to working out 4 - 6 times weekly, boxing 2-3 times during those workouts. I was really worried that my years of conditioning and physical upkeep were going to deteriorate because I didn't have a routine and resources to motivate me. Seriously, bootcamp has made this a non-issues. Additionally, it has provided me with a community that values fitness. — Tisha T, Healdsburg, CAbusiness
